Moms on a mission.

It all started with two moms who wanted to create something that mattered. Kristen and Amy were searching for a way to instill a lifelong spirit of compassion in their children that the whole family could share. They wanted to create products that provide opportunities and learning. So these two moms set off on a mission to positively impact families to better understand the power of compassion while meeting important community needs.

That's when WeeWork for Good was born. Since founding WeeWork in 2010, the WeeWork moms have spent hundreds of hours determining what works and what doesn't when it comes to teaching children about compassion. In 2015 they launched WeeWork for Good around the world to provide busy parents and organizations with educational products that inspire compassion in children.

Improving the lives of children through meaningful partnerships.

WeeWork for Good has reached out to many terrific nonprofit organizations doing great things. Every time an activity kit is purchased, a charity receives a donation that helps them to address an important social issue such as personal care, arts advocacy and literacy.

Read a letter from Kristen & Amy

A letter to you from Kristen & Amy,
We started in small family groups feeding the hungry, helping the elderly and cleaning up parks.  There were smiles and full hearts feeling good.  We quickly realized that kids want to help but need opportunity.

It’s the children that have inspired us.  We have seen firsthand the sense of self-worth and accomplishment kids feel when they experience compassion. WeeWork for Good was created to empower our next generation with compassion to make the world bright.

We thank you for joining us on this journey and know that together WEE can make a difference.

WeeWork roots run deep

Here's our history

2010

Two moms on a mission

Kristen and Amy embark on their mission to teach their children compassion in Tucson, Arizona inviting a close group of family friends to go out and help the community with them.

2011

WeeWork holds first official event.

WeeWork provides local families and youth (WeeWorkers) with opportunity for compassion based activities where children are able to use their hands, time, and talent to help someone in need.

2012

We're growing and making strong connections.

WeeWork is growing providing opportunity for children to create something to gift to those in need. Kristen and Amy form strong relationships with national and grassroots nonprofit organizations.

2013

Making compassion based activities accessible to families of every income level.

This is the year we discover that the children we created WeeWork to serve would like to be part of the program, too. We work to find a way for families in need to participate at low or no cost, in order to allow all children to learn the gift of compassion. The solution is the WeeWork Foundation with support from WeeWork for Good.

2014

WeeWork for Good is created to reach children all over the world.

WeeWork For Good, a for-profit with a social good mission, is founded to help rapidly scale manufacturing and distribution of activity kits for children around the world. This way, through corporate profit sharing, families who don't have the means to purchase WeeWork products can still participate.

2015

We take the first step in helping children and teens everywhere learn the value of compassion.

WeeWork for Good sells its first activity kit and makes its first donation to a child in need. This is the first step in achieving our vision of providing all children with opportunity to learn the value of compassion.
